Our goal

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. It is the international standard that accessibility laws in Canada, the United States and elsewhere build on.

What we have done

  • Every page works with a keyboard alone, including the menu and the checkout.
  • Text and buttons meet a colour contrast of at least 4.5 to 1, and links inside sentences are underlined, so nothing relies on colour alone.
  • Photos have text descriptions. Every form field has a label, and when something needs fixing the message sits under that field and is read out by screen readers.
  • A "Skip to content" link comes first on every page, and animations stop if your device is set to reduce motion.
  • Pages fit a phone screen, and you can zoom in.

How we check

We test the main pages with automated checks (axe) and by hand with a keyboard, on a computer and at phone size. Last checked: September 28, 2026.

Known limits

A few parts come from other companies, such as card payment pages, WhatsApp and signing in with Google or Facebook. We choose providers that work on accessibility, but we don't control their pages. If one of them gets in your way, contact us and we'll help you order another way.

Picking up an order

Service animals and support people are always welcome when you pick up. If you need anything done differently, such as help with the order form, add a note to your order or message us and we'll do our best to arrange it.
